An explanation of the recent OF downtime has been posted:
That is a shit ton of add-ons for a site with 7 users, and many of them duplicate built-in XenForo functionality. At least one of them duplicates the functionality of another one. What a fucking mess. All these add-ons make the site hard to manage and open Kendra up to greatly increased chances of one of them taking a shit and crashing the site, as apparently happened on Sunday.
This is a big part of why I'm extremely hesitant to install add-ons.
