Null is an idiot for this lawsuit.
He thinks he's going to win picking a fight to humiliate a small American town, it's court, and sheriff.
Sheriffs ruin peoples' lives just for running against them in an election
You think they're going to let some gay little website tell them what to do?
If i was one of Null's court monkeys I'd stay -far- the fuck away from the Kandiyohi Sheriff's jurisdiction
so 13.82 says that it can be public if it becomes public as a part of court proceedings.
if it wasn't a part of the plea hearing then there's just no basis under this rule.
and the second, 18.25 says it can become public as the result of of a data subject request
I don't see any such implication that they are required to comply
In fact the law seems to indicate that Nick might actually have multiple bases for that request being denied
Yes Subd. 15. does talk about Public benefit data, but this is a court with a judge, not a website teaching you how to do drugs and calling it "harm reduction". There's no public good in posting these to a gossip website.
