Reporting to the scene of the crime I encountered an elderly black male who appeared to be dressed as Raiden from Mortal Kombat. When questioned the man refused to answer saying only "You know what it is, dis shit from Korea!" The man sauntered off and I was unable to apprehend due to his lighting blasts.
