TL;DR
James is a schizophrenic Canadian man who has an extreme aversion to emergency vehicle sirens. He posts primarily to Youtube and I have not been able to find other other media of his. James' content consists of mainly videos of him yelling out his apartment window at firetrucks and ambulances or charging at them when he hears them on the street. Legitimately don't know how he isn't locked up for his own safety. James also details inventions he comes up with to save humanity though the effectiveness of these inventions is dubious. James is only an idea guy and begs people to make them for him and is surprised when no one does. Filming locations include his ruined hoarder apartment, the street in front of his apartment and a local library. Because of James' penchant for filming directly in front of his apartment he is easily doxed just from watching a few videos as he will often film the front door of his building. Occasionally he also has poor interactions with other people on the street or the police who seem aware of him and treat him with kid gloves as he screams from the sidewalk.

Siren Terrotrist Attacks
James viciously hates any form of vehicle siren and will become angry or even violent upon hearing them even from far away. Typically he starts to rant about how sirens are killing people and the vehicles are driven by Nazis who want to annoy and kill black people because they are richer and more numerous than white people as he puts it. Anyone who questions his insane rants at sirens or even looks funny at the screwaming man may feel his wrath as well and many screaming matches occur.

Inventions
James spends some of his time coming up with inventions that he thinks will improve life for the human race. He often illustrates these inventions using marker and paper or on the draw program of his tablet. Many of his inventions seem like they would be potentially dangerous so it is lucky that James has almost no drive to make these himself and instead implores the internet to do it for him claiming his ideas will make millions of dollars.

The Sauna Saga
James is obsessed with steam and believes that breathing in steam is the key to good health and sweating out viruses and other toxins. To this end he has combined a cheap tent and a clothing steamer to create his own sauna. The dangers of this seem to be lost on James(clothing steamers use steam which is way hotter than a sauna and can easily burn you) but that seems to be the least of his worries as he shows the power bar he has it hooked up to is full of janky cords sitting in a pile of flammable material with water nearby
