That's the old Content Ratings add-on. Josh ditched it when XenForo made stickers a first class feature.

I agree the old presentation is better. Fatty being a developer by trade easily could have hacked on the XenForo source code and ported the look and feel of Content Ratings to the native reaction sticker system. He also could have simply maintained the add-on, which stopped being supported. He could have done it.

Before you ask, I'm not good at web dev so its probably not gonna happen on Lounge 96. But I sure wish I could.
