if it wasn't a part of the plea hearing then there's just no basis under this rule.
and the second, 18.25 says it can become public as the result of of a data subject request

I think there should be a section devoted to Null's attitudes on lolicon/anime/the Japanese. The story goes that during his time running 9chan, the people who pressured him to make a loli board turned out to be a group of pedophiles who flooded the site with child porn, including child rape. This traumatized him and convinced him anyone remotely into lolicon is a pedophile. His hatred didn't remain limited to lolicon though, because it wasn't long before he developed an all-encompassing psychosis about anime as a whole, treating every piece of anime art like Pizzagate symbology and the entire medium as irredeemably alien, creepy and grotesque, and frequently acts like he's never seen it before, this despite growing up on imageboards and once being into anime himself. And of course, a hatred of Japan and the Japanese, seeing them as a race of pedophiles who are corrupting the west.
He's had quite a few noteworthy meltdowns and spergouts about anime over the years since, one of the most notable being when he came across a Vtuber saying they were into lolicon, which prompted him to have a multi-page meltdown in the Vtuber thread where various users had to talk him down and explain to him what Vtubers were before he finally calmed down.
As an aside I don't doubt he saw genuinely horrific things spammed by those pedophiles and it's understandable he'd carry trauma etc., but his hatred of anime is embarrassingly psychotic. It's trickled down to many KF users over the years instead of people generally dismissing him as an insane faggot, and it's left KF as one of the few "right-wing" communities where there's a prominent genuine (though not universal) disdain of anime.
Something else that's gone overlooked is how KF treated Andrew "weev" Aureheimer. For context, weev is a deeply psychotic, hideously inbred kike mutt. He basically admitted to raping children on KF back in late 2017:

Yeah I saw that stuff on Twitter, it's hysterical. TBF the stuff on 8chan that drove him over edge was apparently hardcore CP, like kids getting raped. I talked to someone who was helping him with 8chan or something at the time and they attested to just how bad it was. This person eventually got repelled by Josh's constant meltdowns about anime and realized he was insane though. And I agree that given how incredibly psychotic he is and the likelihood of him being an actual pedophile, the 8chan stuff didn't perturb him like it would a remotely sane person.
His anti-Vtuber crusade is likely just going to lead to more people spreading the endlessly incriminating stuff on him from Blockland and hopefully scare off the TERF bulldykes he's allowed to infest KF after they realize he's an incel lolicon pedophile chud.

Link every single one of these Blockland threads if you can, or atleast archive them when you find them. A lot of these aren't being archived when they're found. And it's hard to look many of them up because you have to own a verified copy of Blockland to even search their forums, and Googling them doesn't always bring them up either. Hence why providing links (archived or not) is important too.
This should all be very self-evident to do if you've been on Kiwifarms of all places.
