My OLED phone screen is just starting to get a hint of burn

It's about 3 years old now, and the burned-in image is the YouTube app in portrait mode, specifically the bottom edge of the video player and the video title right under it. It has held longer than I thought it would.
 
Kept happening with my previous phone but the burn in would be this sort of 'glow' around the edge of the screen. It looked strange
