Psychotic individuals are well known for being unique, so I can't imagine the likelihood that another person will think exactly like you do.
That doesn't stop us from psychoanalyzing your thought process and drawing conclusions. It does, however, make you difficult to impersonate to such a high degree as to be long-term undetectable.
I take time to understand where people are coming from even if I haven't personally experienced what they have. For instance I've never had gender dysphoria but by talking to people who have I understand that this is a lifelong issue with a consistent recurring list of symptoms that isn't going away for them and that medical intervention improves their quality of life, and that nobody should be allowed to control that.
You are functionally unable to think in those terms, just like all reactionaries can't think in those terms. There is something in the reactionary's makeup that makes you incapable of doing this. It also makes you incurious, dumber, and easier to predict. Also easier to trick.

I've chatted with a lot of kiwis about this issue and many of them agree with me that the gender dysphoric should get care for their mental illness, and sometimes the best care available to them is trooning out, though it's not the only option. Trooning out absolutely should be gatekept by doctors, and you should need a proper diagnosis of gender dysphoria in order to get a vaginoplasty, or a rhinoplasty for that matter.
But what about members of the tranny cult who aren't gender dysphoric? They say they "identify" as the opposite gender, or as an imaginary gender. They have no gender dysphoria, though they might have a form of depression, a Cluster B personality disorder, a sexual fetish known as autogynephilia, a desire to chase the trend, a sexual attraction to children, a substance abuse problem, a desire to make a statement towards Elon Musk, something else entirely, any combination of the above, or none of the above. They may willfully troon out for one of many reasons unrelated to gender dysphoria, or they may be misled by parents, friends, school district employees, medical professionals, and others who encourage or coerce them into trooning out through a variety of means. We have direct evidence from the many videos of detrooners telling their stories, not to mention the accounts of parents of children who have trooned out or have been coerced into trooning out.
You focus on the gender dysphoric while ignoring the other 99% of the issue, but that only works in the company of people who also ignore the other 99% of the issue.
