Real talk. You let them die. There's a reason that all junkies never get high alone, but the paramedics always find them dead by themselves.

Maybe not hungover, but don't do anything more than what's required. It will not be rewarded, and if you do it. You will be taken advantage of until you're exhausted and quit, and then you're replaced.

We get bonuses or full pay even though we didn't work the entire days scheduled if we finish early though. That's why a lot of the time I'll just go out and help one of the crews on site. That and it just feels GOOD to do something productive with your hands.

One of my friends forced me to get a hammock, was totally worth the efort, easily the best sleep I've had in a while. If all goes well I'll have enough gear to hitchhike out of Austin this weekend, which will be a blessing. I know way too many people here and it's easy to get distracted partying all the time. Might be heading back to the Midwest, I kind of miss them honkies and their terrible food
